Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo avocado oil mayo or a veganaise work great
  • 1/4 cup milk such as almond hemp or cashew work great (decrease amount if want a thicker dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional (we love adding some herbs but if we don’t have them we make it without!)

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried parsley
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh or dried chives
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh or dried dill

Notes

Kid Tip: Let your kids dump in all the ingredients and mix age appropriate.
For babies on solids but less than 12 months, omit the salt.
For kids under 4 years old, whole grapes, grape tomatoes, and small, hard vegetables are chocking hazards. Make sure to cook hard vegetables and quarter grapes and grape tomatoes lengthwise (from stem to bottom) and remove any seeds before serving.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust salt as needed.
  • Enjoy! You can store in refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
