Instructions

  • Add all ingredients and blend together. Start the blender on low, scraping the sides as needed and increasing the blender speed as it mixes together until you have a smooth, pudding-like texture.
  • Pour them in a popsicle mold.
  • Place in freezer and freeze overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours).
  • Serve!
