Snack Plates

This isn’t technically a recipe but a go-to snack for us! We like to think of it as a charcuterie board for kids. Kids love novelty and sometimes just changing up the way you serve their snacks can get them a lot more excited and engaged about the food that is served!

This isn’t technically a recipe but a go-to snack for us! We like to think of it as a charcuterie board for kids. Kids love novelty and sometimes just changing up the way you serve their snacks can get them a lot more excited and engaged about the food that is served which has been shown to improve nutritional choices. In fact, all the choices in a “charcuterie board” helps bring our favorite motto to combat picky eating of “dial up the exposure and dial down the pressure” to life. Fill the board up with your favorite colorful snacks, serve it, and let them eat “as much or as little as they want!” What’s so amazing about this snack is it’s incredibly easy to prepare on our end and always a hit with kids.

So grab one of our favorite “plates” and fill them with some fruits, vegetables, and other snacks!
