The Easiest Fruit & Vegetable Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach (frozen will work as well)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 16 ounces coconut water

Notes

Kid Tip:
Let your child dump the ingredients into the blender and then push the button to blend. 

Instructions

  • Place the berries, spinach, lemon juice and coconut water into a food processor or blender and puree until desired texture.
  • Pour the purée into desired popsicle mold.
  • Place in freezer and freeze overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours).
  • Enjoy!
