Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice can also use sunflower or granola butter for nut-free option
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • Seed blend for sprinkling 1 part each flaxseed meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds

Notes

  • Kid tip: For toddlers or young kids, serve the seed blend in a condiment cup so they can sprinkle it themselves. This usually gives them more autonomy at meals and leads to better eating.
