Reminder, honey isn’t safe for kids under 1 y/o, so this recipe is for 1+.
We love these oats because they are glyphosate free.
Feel free to add Brewer’s Yeast to help promote breastmilk production and have these stocked in your fridge and freezer for easy and nutritious quick snacks.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine (mixture will be very thick and sticky).
Scoop and then roll between your palms, so they are uniform in size.
Place oat bites onto a sheet tray.
Refrigerate & eat within 7 days or freeze and enjoy within 3 months.
