Dairy Free Green Goddess Dressing

This is the most versatile dressing. We make it often and have it in the fridge to enjoy on salads, on top of Sweet Potato Bowls and Mediterranean bowls, to spruce up some veggies, serve over some roasted veggies and quinoa, or just spread on some bread. It’s delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 scallions roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened dairy free yogurt we use Culina yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise soy free veganaise works well
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 splash lemon juice

Notes

Kid Tip:
Let your kids dump in all the ingredients and push the blend button as age appropriate.
 
For babies on solids but less than 12 months, omit the salt. 
 
This recipe is so versatile. We love using this on top of salads, on our Sweet Potato Bowls, as a dip, over roasted veggies and quinoa, or as a spread on bread. Having it prepped weekly helps adds flavor and a nutritional boost to so many meals and snacks.

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust salt and lemon juice as needed.
  • Enjoy! You can store in refrigerator for about 3 days.
