  • 3 hard boiled eggs (easy to do in instant pot)
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


Kid Tip:
Let your kid help cut the avocado with these kid safe knives as age appropriate and dump and mix ingredients.
For babies under 1 year who are eating solids, omit the salt. For babies and toddlers, use whole fat yogurt.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the hard boiled eggs, avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, green onion, and mustard. Mash with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
