Ingredients

  • up to 12 eggs
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 bowl ice water water with a couple ice cubes

Notes

Kid Tip: Let your kids help peel the eggs as age appropriate.
We love serving these plain for snack or mealtime, on toast with some avocado, or in our Avocado Egg Salad. Their so versatile and perfect for the entire family!
Time Adjustments: For softer boiled eggs, reduce the cooking time to 3-4 minutes. For firmer yolks, increase the time to 6-7 minutes.
Storage: Store peeled or unpeeled hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Batch Cooking: This method is great for meal prep. You can cook a large batch of eggs at once and have them ready for snacks, salads, or quick breakfasts throughout the week.
