Summer Fudge Popsicles

  • 1 medium avocado (ripe and soft - this is key)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or dairy-free yogurt (plain regular or Greek yogurt work great)
  • 3 tablespoons date syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon smooth almond butter (this will make it creamier, but can easily be left out)


Kid Tip:
Let your child dump the ingredients into the blender and push the button to blend. 


  • Add all ingredients and blend together. Start the blender on low, scraping the sides as needed and increasing the blender speed as it mixes together until you have a smooth, pudding-like texture.
  • Pour them in a popsicle mold.
  • Place in freezer and freeze overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours).
  • Serve!
