Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 lime
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 small Roma tomato chopped
  • tortilla chips we love Siete grain free chips

Notes

Kid Tip:
Let your kid dump in all the ingredients, mash and mix them together, and sprinkle the tomatoes on top. If you have kid safe knives & your kid is ready, let them score the avocados before scooping them into the bowl.

Instructions

  • Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and score them into square chunks. Let kids scoop them out and dump into the mixing bowl.
  • Prepare your other ingredients and place each one into a separate bowl for kids to dump into the avocado mixing bowl.
  • Add garlic, salt, onions, cilantro, and lime into the avocado mixing bowl.
  • Let kids mash and mix avocados with the ingredients.
  • Let kids sprinkle tomatoes on top.
  • Enjoy with tortilla chips (or tortillas) depending on your kids age.
