Our Go-To Salad: While this dressing is versatile and can enhance any salad, our go-to is a refreshing mix of chopped cucumber, bell pepper, and tomatoes, topped with crumbled feta or dairy-free feta.
Customize Your Dressing: Feel free to tweak the ratios to suit your taste. Add more lemon juice for extra zing or more olive oil for a milder flavor. You can also add herbs such as a pinch of dried oregano, a clove of minced garlic, or a dash of black pepper for additional depth of flavor.
Store It: Keep any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Give it a good shake before using it again.
