Seed blend for sprinkling (1 part each flaxseed meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds)
Notes
Kid tip: For toddlers or young kids, serve the seed blend in a condiment cup so they can sprinkle it themselves. This usually gives them more autonomy at meals and leads to better eating.
Babies For babies on solids, serve a thin layer of nut butter on a slightly toasted strip of bread and serve the banana on the side.
Sandwich Roll-up You can also serve these as a sandwich roll-up. To do this, roll out the piece of bread with a rolling pin, add the butter, seeds, and 1/2 of a whole banana. Roll in up and slice into small pieces (like sushi) to serve.
