Kid Tip:Let your kids dump in all the ingredients and mix age appropriate.
For babies on solids but less than 12 months, omit the salt. For kids under 4 years old, whole grapes, grape tomatoes, and small, hard vegetables are chocking hazards. Make sure to cook hard vegetables and quarter grapes and grape tomatoes lengthwise (from stem to bottom) and remove any seeds before serving.This recipe is so versatile and we love it! We love using this on top of salads, as a dip with veggies, or with our Sweet and Savory Chicken Wings! We store it in the refrigerator all week for an easy dip or dressing to add flavor and a nutritional boost to so many meals and snacks.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Adjust salt as needed.
Enjoy! You can store in refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
