Snack fillers: the sky's the limit on choice but here are some of our go-to's:
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries (smashed or quartered for babies 12 months and younger on solid foods as they are a choking hazard)
Raspberries
Blackberries
Hummus (recipe linked below)
Pita bread
Hard boiled egg, sliced
Cucumber sticks
Quartered cherry or grape tomatoes (quarter them lengthwise for kids under 4 as they are a choking hazard)
Cheese (cubes or sticks work great)
Apple sliced thin (steamed or roasted for babies 12 months and younger on solid foods as they are a choking hazard raw)
Apple slice thin with thin layer of nut butter or sunflower butter (apple slices should be steamed or roasted for babies 12 months and younger on solid foods as they are a choking hazard raw)
Pear sliced thin (steamed or roasted for babies 12 months and younger on solid foods as they are a choking hazard raw)
Orange
Cooked carrot sticks
Dried fruit

Ants on a log: celery + nut or sunflower butter + raisins (celery should be cooked for kids under 4 as it is a choking hazard)
