Ingredients

rolled oats (gluten-free work great)
1/2
cup
ground flax meal
1
cup
peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice or sunflower butter for nut-free option)
1/2
cup
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
Notes
Kid Tip:
Let your child dump the ingredients into the bowl, help stir, and roll them into balls.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine (mixture will be very thick and sticky).
Scoop and then roll between your palms, so they are uniform in size.
Place oat bites onto a sheet tray.
Refrigerate & eat within 7 days.
