Easiest Pumpkin Oat Bites
Introducing our popular “Easiest Oat Bites” now with pumpkin for the perfect Halloween and holiday twist.
1 1/2-2cupsrolled oats (gluten-free oats work just as well)
3tablespoons ground flax meal
1/2teaspoonpumpkin spice or cinnamon
1/2 cupnut butter of your choice (or sunflower butter for a nut-free option)
1/4cuphoney or date syrup
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4cupdark chocolate chips (mini size works best)
Kid Tip:Let your child dump the ingredients into the bowl, help stir, and roll the bites into balls.Reminder, honey isn’t safe for kids under 1 y/o, so this recipe is for 1+.We love these oats because they are glyphosate free.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and then mix well to combine. The mixture will be very thick and sticky.
Scoop mixture and then roll each between your palms until they are uniform in size.
