We’re So Happy You’re Here

Parenting is hard. The thousands of decisions we’re forced to make everyday can feel daunting. Should I listen to my pediatrician, my mother, this website? When am I going to find the time to read this 500 page book on feeding? Will other moms judge me for doing it this way? While we’ve never had access to so much information, it’s never been harder to find the simple, practical knowledge and vulnerable real life experiences we need to feel confident in the choices we make as parents. That’s where we come in. We make it simple. We break down all the information– the science, the trends, the myths– and make it easy to understand and share the real side of parenting with candid, personal experiences. The “Cliff’s Notes” guide to parenting, with everything you need to make empowered and personalized choices for you and your family. Because when you remove the doubt, fear, and stress from everyday parenting choices, you create more time for the fulfilling moments. A healthier way to live, love, and parent. Co-Founder & Mom Of 3

Hey, I’m Hayley Hubbard, mom of 3 and wife to country music star, Tyler Hubbard. The idea for Meaning Full Living™ has been on my heart since I moved to the South. I always had an idea of how I wanted to raise my kids and have been passionate about modeling a healthy lifestyle for them, but I just didn’t have all of the tools for how to do it. I was so blessed to find a community of brilliant moms and experts, including Jess, who broke everything down into the simplest terms and helped me find my confidence in day-to-day parenting and decision-making. I created Meaning Full Living™ to share these resources with you, so that every family can experience how fulfilling it is to live their most meaningful life.

Our Values

  • Simplicity
Simplicity is at the core of our philosophy. It can be applied to all lifestyles and ways of parenting. It’s not restrictive or prescriptive, it’s a fundamental approach to making parenting decisions stress-free and second nature.
  • Community
Support and connection are crucial to surviving parenthood. Which is why this is a judgment-free space to ask the difficult questions and say the thing you’re scared to admit - we promise, we’ve all thought it before too.
  • Confidence
We believe that knowledge is an essential building block for finding confidence as parents. When you feel assured in your abilities and choices, the rest falls into place.
  • Fun
It’s not that serious. We promise. We want to show you that feeding, nutrition, and parenting can be a blast when you have the resources you need.
  • Accessibility
We believe everyone should have access to the information they need to make the best decisions for their families. Socioeconomics, region, race, or gender shouldn’t prevent you from getting the resources you deserve.
  • Trust
Our approach transcends time, place, and trend. We take the best of tradition, science, and what’s new to deliver credible, vetted knowledge you can trust.

RDN, MPH, Co-Founder & Mom Of 1

I’m Jessica Diamond, registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in moms and kids, parent educator, cancer survivor, and mom to 1. When I became a dietitian in 2009, I noticed a disconnect between the complex concepts I studied and the kind of nutritional and parenting information available. All the information existed, but it wasn’t easily accessible to the majority of families. I started breaking down these complicated principles into easy-to-understand practices and discovered my passion. I’ve spent the last 11 years teaching parents how to raise mindful children and how to feed their kids through this simple approach to create less picky, intuitive eaters. When I had my own kid, I finally got to try it out for myself and saw firsthand that this simplified approach works wonders. I created Meaning Full Living™ to equip every parent with the simple and practical knowledge they need to handle any feeding, nutrition, or parenting question and instill the confidence to know, you’ve got this.
